Refund policy

We want you to love your GoSiply™ blender! If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for a Refund

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be returned in like-new, resellable condition, with all original parts and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at returns@go-siply.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Refunds will not be granted for products showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications.
